Pop Corn

Our Pop Corn program it´s based on the Breeding Program originally developed by Sursem SA, which was acquired by Speciosa in 2010. The Pop Corn Program began in 1990 and have proven, along the years, its ability to provide the market with hybrids that stand out due to, its stability, agronomic performance, and high quality. The main goal of our Pop Corn program is to develop hybrids that offers a permanent improvement of the quality standards of a pop corn grain, like expansion, K10, grain color and presentation; as well as the agronomic aspects such as performance, stalk & root strength, and disease tolerance.
